Laboratory and quality adjustment:

6 Laboratory Class A

To keep the highest quality of the supplied concrete, the factory has been equipped with the following:

  • Certified & qualified Engineers with good experience to meet all Quality Requirements.
  • General controller with full knowledge of the site quality management.
  • Site technicians qualified to handle all the requirement of the supervision in the work site.
  • Certified laboratory equipment to make the necessary immediate and periodical tests on all raw materials for all concrete types.
  • Designing all the concrete grades as per client standards & specifications.
  • All water gauge that has been measured and certified from Ministry of Electricity & Water with Validity Certificates enclosed.
Raw materials approved sources from Ministries with validity certificates.
  • A-Kuwait Cement (OPC – SRC)
  • B-Aggregate Lime Stone from UAE (3/8” – ½” – ¾”)
  • C-Local Sand (Washed Sand).
  • D-Minerals and chemicals Additives approved from MPW.

Periodic checks are carried out every 6 months for raw materials (cement – Aggregate – sand – additives) and calibrations for Batching Plants by the Governmental Center for Quality Control and Research at the Ministry of Public Works.
